1. About this beta

Said of You is in private beta and available to authorised hosts only. Access to create or run an event is granted at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn. Features may change, and the service is provided on an “as is” basis during the beta.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully.

3. Invites & contributions

Hosts may invite people to contribute memories. Contributors keep authorship of their own words and may edit or remove them while access is open. Hosts agree to gather and share contributions only with the consent each contributor selects.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, no attempts to break security or access others' data, and no use of the AI features to generate prohibited content.

5. Content & ownership

You retain the rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content to the people you choose).

6. Liability & changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties during beta. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
